SELL MY HOUSE !  SELL MY HOUSE! you may be screaming, in a slow sales real estate market but take heart as there are a number of ways in which you may succeed. Of course the most obvious that pretty well works with any sale of any kind is selling at the right price. When real estate markets are stagnant you certainly have to have the low cost realty question settled first; Then you can tackle some of the other options.

When asking "what ever shall I do to sell my house?" One well recognized option to selling your property would be hiring a real estate agent. There are many to choose from and it comes highly recommended by many to interview at least three to five before deciding which realestate company to go with. Also important to note here is to remember that the agent who will sell your house can indeed negotiate his commission. The agents commission is not set in stone. The cautionary response to this descision is to remember that you are under a contract when signing with a real esate agent. That contract is not always easily broken and even afterwards if you follow through to the full property contract deadline you are still obligated by many property brokerage companies to not sell to anyone for an extended length of time afterward unless you sign with another agent of course. Much to consider when you ask yourself the question "should I sell my house?".

Another option you have to sell your house is to sell privately. Selling privately is made out by many agents of real estate as a dangerous thing to do. Upon research of selling your house privately though I believe you will be pleasantly surprised to find that if you hire a good lawyer to do the  necessary paper work, the sale of your home can go quite smoothly. You can make or order property "for-sale" signs for your front lawn and you can advertise in all local newspapers and online. Online websites such as Craigslist and Kijiji are a good sites to start with and there are many many more. Just research terms like: "sell my house"  "selling privately"  "for sale by owner website", etc...

With perserverance you'll get there and before long you will be moving into your new home before you know it!
